Nikolaos Kriezis

Since joining PLANET in 2003, Nikos Kriezis has played a key role in shaping and leading the Infrastructure Development and Investment Advisory Services Unit. With a deep understanding of complex infrastructure ecosystems, he has successfully managed and delivered a wide range of consulting projects, primarily in the public sector across Greece and the broader region. His expertise spans Programme, Project, and Contract Management, Feasibility and Cost-Benefit Studies, Design and Tender Management, Public Procurement, Technical Advisory Services, as well as Quality and Environmental Management Systems and IT solutions. He has been actively involved in high-impact projects across industries such as Transport, Civil Infrastructure, Environment, Energy, Real Estate, Financial Institutions, Government, Education, Industry and Manufacturing, and SMEs. With a strong analytical mindset and a results-driven approach, he navigates the complexities of infrastructure investments, ensuring sustainable and effective project execution. He holds a Diploma in Chemical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA), an MBA from Southampton University, UK, and an ISO 27001:2013 Lead Auditor certification.
