Niki Lavdaki
Senior Associate, Practice Business Development
Joining PLANET in 1998, Niki Lavdaki has held key leadership roles, and is currently a senior member of the Practice Business Development Division. With extensive experience in infrastructure development and development consulting, she has a strong background in EU Structural Funds, Community Support Framework, the Cohesion Fund, and EU pre-accession instruments (IPA, PHARE, ISPA, etc.), as well as the institutional framework of public procurement. Her expertise includes programme, project, and contract management for infrastructure projects; technical assistance for managing EU Structural Funds; advisory services for PPP infrastructure projects and private-sector investments; feasibility studies and tender management for infrastructure investments; and construction management and supervision. She has worked across multiple sectors, including water, wastewater, environment, transport, urban and real estate development, government, financial institutions, and regional administration. Niki holds a Diploma in Chemical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens.
