As Chief Operating Officer (COO) Machy Karagianni drives the company’s operational strategy and ensures the seamless execution of its vision. A cornerstone of PLANET since its early years, she has played a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s trajectory and leading transformative projects across the Government sector in Greece and the broader region. With extensive experience in consulting, she has been actively involved in public sector restructuring and modernization, with a focus on employment, education, and SME development. Her expertise includes strategy and policy development, organizational and operational improvement, and the management of complex programs and projects. She holds a diploma in Electrical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens.
