Since joining PLANET in 2021, Lizeta Gkogka has been a key member of the Corporate Development Unit, currently leading the Energy Practice. She specializes in project and contract management for renewable energy projects and investments, including large-scale photovoltaic plants, net metering/net billing schemes, energy storage, waste-to-energy, and transmission system infrastructure expansion. Beyond her role at PLANET, she has extensive experience in supply chain management, having served as a supply chain senior manager in a multinational company. Lizeta holds a Master’s degree in Medical & Industrial Biotechnology from Cornell University and a Diploma in Chemical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens. Her research background includes work at the Cornell Energy Institute, focusing on geothermal, natural gas, and biomass energy system design.
