Dionisis Makris

Dionisis holds a Diploma in Civil Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens and a Master’s in Regional Development from Panteion University. With over 30 years of experience, he has held senior positions in public organizations overseeing critical infrastructure projects, including transportation networks, road construction (EU co-funded projects), and the supervision of civil works studies and implementation. His expertise includes project management, construction oversight, and the development of large-scale public works, ensuring both technical and legal compliance. Beyond his leadership in the public sector, he has provided strategic consultancy services to public and private entities, supporting project maturation, tendering, and monitoring of key infrastructure initiatives.
