Senior Manager, Transport, Urban Planning and Civil Infrastructure Division Leader
Joining PLANET in 2008, he is a senior member of the Infrastructure Development Group, leading the Transport & Urban Planning Division. With extensive experience across all stages of infrastructure lifecycles, he has tackled complex projects in Greece, the Balkans, the Middle East, and Africa, often collaborating with top national and international firms. His expertise spans Feasibility and Traffic Studies, Land-use Planning, and Ports/Airports Master-Planning, as well as Design & Tender Management, Project & Contract Management, Construction Supervision, and EU-funded R&D initiatives. Known for his strong analytical skills and strategic problem-solving, he navigates technical, financial, and legal complexities to deliver high-impact solutions. He holds a Diploma in Civil Engineering from NTUA and an MSc in Transportation Engineering from UC Berkeley.
