Having joined PLANET in 2001, he leads the International Business Unit, driving project execution and business expansion worldwide. With deep expertise in programme implementation, corporate management, and business development, he has a strong track record in securing and delivering development programmes funded by international financial institutions across Africa, Asia, the Pacific, Latin America, and Europe. His experience spans Management and ICT Consulting, Project and Contract Management for infrastructure projects, and Policy Development. He has led initiatives across Transport & Civil Infrastructure, Energy, Water & Environment, SMEs, Government, Research & Innovation, Employment, Social Security & Health, and International Donors. He holds a Diploma in Chemical Engineering from NTUA and an MBA from the University of Piraeus.
