As digital transformation reshapes public administration, Information Society S.A. is leading the development of the New Electronic Public Procurement System (NEEPS), a major initiative aimed at modernizing and optimizing public procurement processes in Greece. This 24-month initiative is a critical step toward creating a more transparent, efficient, and user-friendly public procurement ecosystem.
Approach
The implementation of the New Electronic Public Procurement System (NEEPS) involves multiple stakeholders, complex regulatory requirements, and advanced technology integration. To address these challenges, we structured our services around three key areas: project management, technology integration, and operational optimization.
A comprehensive project management framework was established to oversee the execution of Subprojects, ensuring that the overall system development remains on schedule and aligned with regulatory requirements.
To facilitate effective technology integration, we provide strategic and operational support including technical oversight of system implementation, compliance monitoring, and advisory support on enhancing functionality, security, and scalability.
Finally, we focus on maximizing the adoption and impact of the new system by supporting stakeholder engagement and utilisation strategies. This includes guidance on user training, process optimization, and operational continuity, ensuring that the platform delivers long-term value for the public sector and citizens.
