A Data-Driven Roadmap to Reform

  • Understanding the Current Landscape
The consultancy conducted a thorough assessment of the health sector, identifying inequalities, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Development needs for the 2014-2020 period were evaluated, ensuring the strategy addressed both present and future challenges.
  • Building a Strategic Blueprint
Key development pillars and strategic objectives were defined, ensuring alignment with the thematic goals and investment priorities of the “Europe 2020” Strategy. This coherence with EU policies established a strong foundation for targeted action.
  • Bridging Policies and Funding
The development needs of the health sector were examined in the context of European and national policies. Strategic objectives were linked to the European Structural Investment Fund priorities, creating pathways for securing funding opportunities.
