Project Overview
The project involved launching and managing an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) aimed at providing employees and their families with access to individual counseling sessions and psychosocial support. The programme was designed to promote health prevention and provide intervention for cases that required professional assistance.
The Approach
The EAP benefited the entire workforce of the energy supplier, along with their dependents. From the outset and throughout the programme, our team at PULSO applied a comprehensive awareness and engagement strategy that included:
