The Challenge
The company was founded by the Greek state in order to undertake the construction and operation of the longest highway in northern Greece (900 km) connecting the west with the east side of Greek mainland.
What was essential to that end, was to design the organization and the operating model of the company as well as to support its operation until fully staffed and able to undertake the foreseen responsibilities on its own.
