In response to the growing need for digital healthcare solutions, Information Society sought to develop a robust telemedicine system specifically tailored for primary health care. This system was to be interoperable with existing platforms, ensuring seamless integration within the current health infrastructure. To proceed with this initiative proper and a comprehensive set of project documents was essential for a successful public procurement process.
The Challenge
This High-level project idea was not easy to put within a fully specialized and detailed technical framework. It required defining a clear and precise project scope, conducting a series of feasibility and benefit analyses, outlining all necessary technical specifications and a a viable implementation schedule.
Furthermore, the project demanded the creation of a technical description that further detailed the tender requirements to ensure transparency and compliance with public procurement standards.
