Project Overview
To foster socio-economic growth and regional integration, this Technical Assistance (TA) initiative supports the preparation of large-scale infrastructure projects across all Western Balkans countries—Albania, Bosnia & Herzegovina, North Macedonia, Kosovo, Montenegro, and Serbia. These projects, funded by international financial institutions (EU, European Investment Bank, European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, World Bank, KfW, etc.), span five key sectors:
- Transport
- Environment & Sustainable Development
- Energy
- Social Infrastructure
- Digital Economy
Leveraging a strategic combination of grants and loans, this initiative enhances project preparation and implementation, driving sustainable development and strengthening regional connectivity.
This TA operation plays a pivotal role in closing infrastructure gaps, boosting economic resilience, and enhancing cross-border collaboration. By delivering customized support and capacity building to IPA beneficiaries, the project ensures priority infrastructure investments are expertly planned, effectively designed, and successfully executed.
Our Approach
The project offers comprehensive technical support through three main activities, leveraging our deep expertise and extensive knowledge in infrastructure development and capacity building:

3. Capacity Building

- Equipping local teams with essential knowledge, tools, and skills for sustained infrastructure development and management.
