Overview
IPTO proceeded with the implementation of project “Cybersecurity Resilience Upgrade” to strengthen its security framework and enhance resilience against cyber risks. To ensure the project’s effective implementation and compliance with best practices, our team was asked to provide Project Management (PM) and Quality Assurance (QA) services throughout the project’s initial implementation and operational phases. That would entail overseeing progress, mitigating risks, and validating deliverables, ensuring that the cybersecurity enhancements meet contractual, regulatory, and industry standards.
Approach
To ensure the smooth execution of the “Cybersecurity Resilience Upgrade”, we provided comprehensive project management support to IPTO. This included coordinating activities, ensuring compliance, and mitigating risks at every stage.
