Overview of the Project
The Independent Power Transmission Operator (known as ADMIE), a leading energy organisation, embarked on a digital transformation to modernise its operations and adapt to the evolving technological landscape. To support this transition, our consultancy was tasked with documenting and describing the organisation's various roles. These descriptions would serve as a foundation for the upcoming changes, reflecting the new expectations for roles in terms of scope of work, competencies, skills and goals.
Our aim was to ensure that each position within IPTO was clearly defined and that job responsibilities were aligned with the requirements of the organisation's new operating model.
