The National Documentation Centre (EKT) plays a crucial role in public statistical information by providing integrated digital services that support evidence-based policymaking. To enhance data security, system protection, and regulatory compliance, EKT initiated a project to establish a secure environment for the collection, processing, and dissemination of statistical data.With a growing volume of sensitive statistical data, EKT needed a robust security framework that would:
- Safeguard data integrity and system security
- Ensure compliance with international security standards
- Establish a certification roadmap for future security audits
Between June 2023 and January 2024, our team worked systematically to analyse risks, implement security measures, and prepare EKT for certification under international standards.
