Grid Telecom, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Independent Power Transmission Operator (IPTO) of Greece, has been a key player in the Greek wholesale telecommunications market since 2019. Leveraging IPTO’s extended optical network and its proprietary state-of-the-art DWDM infrastructure, Grid Telecom delivers high-quality, high-availability wholesale telecommunications services.

To safeguard its operations and ensure uninterrupted service delivery, Grid Telecom required a Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) aligned with ISO 22301 standards.
